Starting New Dialparties.agi where it should not

Hi,
I have FreePBX 13.0.195.4 on Asterisk 13.7.1
For the last week i have a unexpected behaviour that i do not know how to solve.

I have a normal incoming call, but when the extension answers it, i have a new call initiated to another extention for a few seconds, and then droped. with unknown caller id.

on the logs i see:

dialparties.agi: Starting New Dialparties.agi
dialparties.agi: Caller ID name is ‘unknown’ number is ‘unknown’
dialparties.agi: CW Ignore is:
dialparties.agi: CF Ignore is:
dialparties.agi: CW IN_USE/BUSY is: 1

Please assist.
