Hello. I am new to this and have minimal understanding…When I inherit this duty, I don’t know much. In order to get into the freepbx ARI, I only type the IP address and viola…i’m in…but now…when I put the IP address in the browser…it doesn’t load up. like nothing and all the phonelines don’t work yealink soma stats “no service”. I am confident that I can fix it if only I can get into the freepbx control panel…that’s my main issue.
By default the admin control panel is bound to https port 443 of the interface that connects the PBX to the network. If that’s not the case for your PBX you’ll have to do some legwork to figure out which port the HTTPS server is listening on.
