SQL logic error

Hello, installed fresh Asterisk 18.2.1 and the latest FreePBX 15.0.17.24. Tried to Google but didn’t found any solution for the following error: db.c: Couldn’t execute statement: SQL logic error

Tried:

  1. to delete /var/lib/asterisk/astdb.sqlite3 and restart asterisk
  2. to check user permissions
  3. to make chmod 777

Nothing helped, any ideas on how to solve this issue?
