We have EPM, and Digium D70s. Using the Parking REST App. Some calls will spontaneously park at random intervals. I originally thought this might be limited to a specific phone, but now has happened to others as well. Has anyone lese seen this behaviour? Any clues on where to start looking?

Curt, I just updated to PBX Firmware: 10.13.66-7 and first call I made was spontaneous parked. Never had this issue till I updated.

I have a Digium D50 and Distro version 10.13.66-7 and can’t reproduce this. What are the exact steps required to make this happen.
For me I dialed a 10 digit number and pressed the dial button. Once the call was ringing I pressed the Headset button on the phone and about 10 seconds later the call was placed in park. The second time it occurred it was about 3 mins into the conversation but the same process. I have only had this happen 2 times since I upgraded today. @cvsjmabbott let me know if you figure something out.
Ours has primarily happened on incoming calls. No headsets involved. If it does it once, it will probably do it once more within 30 seconds. I’ve not seen it myself, and was at first assuming user error, but it’s happened too many times with users I trust to be aware and competent to assume that any more.

Still struggling with this. Here’s a call event log for a call when it happened 4 times in the space of a 32 second long call. You can see that it was originally answered by extension 33, then parked. Extension 21 picked up and then the call spontaneously parked 4 times.
Can anyone tell from this event log what I need to do about it? Is this something I’ve done or can correct, or should I report this as a bug?

Another bit of information, I don’t know if it’s pertinent or not: I have set the ring groups to ignore busy extensions, because if the phone rings while someone is on a call, they then cannot park that call. This still happens, although much less frequently, if someone makes an extension to extension call within the office to someone who is on a call. Again, the end result is that if the phone rings while a call is in progress, then parking does not work on that call.
