Specifie a small amount of Ports to be accessible from the Internet?

Hi
I want make my Server accessible from the Internet to make Phone Calls without a VPN via Cell Phone Service. I currently use an Client who works perfectly. I use an business grade “Router” who allow me to select the ports I need.
So is there a way to specify in the System maybe per User which Ports FreePBX should use for Calls?
And in addition what Ports should I forward?
