Every we check voice mail with our Sound Point IP 601 the phone reboots. This just started to happen. any ideas?
I have been have Polycom IP 601 reboot for a log time. What firmware are you running? There are known reboot problems with older firmware. The latest firmware is 3.1.8, but I am still having reboot problems.
