Sorting Contacts in Sangoma Desktop

I have created a Favorites list and am seeing it in Sangoma Desktop Phone.

When I try to Sort by Last Name, nothing changes.

I do have other users with Last names before J in the list that should move to before Amber in the example above.

I believe it is due to the Contacts using the Display Name rather than First/Last Name, but I can’t find a way to swap the Contacts list to using First Name/Last Name.

Has anyone found a way to get the Sangoma Desktop Phone to sort a contact list using First/Last name?

Please ensure that Display Preference field is set to properly in Freepbx Sangoma connect module. If you like to do sorting based on first / last name then ensure to set this field to “First/Last Name”. Please refer to below wiki for more information.

Thank you Kapil!
That did change the buttons, but sorting by Last Name still doesn’t correctly sort the contacts.
It does seem to be a step in the correct path.
