Some help with parking 1.6.2.14 - FreePBX 2.9.07

Hi All,

Need some help with this.

Whenever this customer parks a call and then tries to pick it up again it shows connected but then hangs up.

I’m wondering is this something broken in 1.6.2.14.

Would really appreciate someone taking a look at this.
