[SOLVED] Problem With UCP loading

UPDATE:

To solve this I uninstalled and removed all modules then reinstalled and that fixed the issue.

Hi,

I’m new at freePBX and I am facing an issue with UCP,

when I go to ucp i just get this (image below)

I have reinstalled UCP modules and have upgraded all modules and system

I am using chrome Version 63.0.3239.132 (Official Build) (64-bit)

I have also tried on MS edge.

the log file shows:

You should be looking at the javascript console in the browser

Your errors are

• Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘locales’ of undefined
• Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘locale’ of undefined
• Uncaught ReferenceError: UCPMC is not defined

Unfortunately I have no idea why this is happening to you. Sorry.

No Problem, it seems like a unique issue so I’ll keep investigating
