[SOLVED] Problem with call in a mobile network

Hello
I’ve a problem when I use mobile network
A pjsip extension registered in a network mobile can do a call, but can’t receive call
I tried with GS Wave Video and CSipSimple client with Andorid 5,6,7 version but not work
Maybe a NAT problem?
Can you help me?

the log say:

but extension is registered.I can call

What happens?
