Hello,
i can’t assign two red telephone receiver icons in the FreePBX web UI under “Reports>Asterisk Information>Channels.” Why are these two icons red?
Where do I need to look in the configuration? Do you have any advice?

Those are used for the Sangoma ‘D’ and ‘P’ series phone module for Asterisk. There’s nothing you can do to them/with them yourself.
How do I get the status to green?
You don’t and it doesn’t matter if they are red or green. They are placeholders for something you are not using. If you were using the D or P phones, they would most likely be green.
