SMTP authentication not woring using AWS SES

I’m setting up a new FreePBX server and trying to use AWS SES for an smtp server. I know that I have the correct credentials. I get this error when debugging

Apr 24 12:04:32 freepbx postfix/smtp[26436]: 88B3524218: SASL authentication failed; cannot authenticate to server email-smtp.us-east-1.amazonaws.com[107.23.174.81]: no mechanism available
Apr 24 12:04:33 freepbx postfix/smtp[26436]: warning: SASL authentication failure: No worthy mechs found

I got it to work. Generated new credentials on AWS SES and after using the new credentials it worked
