SMS not showing up in Zulu

I’m using SipStation with SMS enabled on my phone number. If I send an SMS to my number I can retrieve it in the UCP but the message is not being sent to Zulu and I don’t see any way to view the message in Zulu. Can anyone help with this?

I have "enable SMS’ set to “yes” in User Management>user>Zulu
