I understand that Skype have released a beta add-on channel driver module for asterisk.

Does anyone know how far this has progressed or any news at all?

I can simply say that we are very interested in seeing how the chan_skype will work and how we can get it well integrated into FreePBX. It is very exciting to see this coming.
