After reviewing all posts related to SMS I wasn’t able to find anything quite related to this question.
We are using sipstation/pbxact to receive incoming SMS in UC. Our users often forget to go check the UC and messages are missed.
At one point I setup a zapier webhook to Teams which worked well, but this company has since changed their free model and it doesn’t work anymore. That aside, using the PBXact webhook feature to the same Teams URL for received messages didn’t pan out. Is there a log for that feature somewhere?
If we aren’t able to get some sort of notification (email/Teams) outside of the UC, we are hoping to have a message sent back to the SMS sender that says something like “this number doesnt accept text messages”
