SIP URI Showing with CID

Have two servers in the scinereo:

  1. FreePBX 13.0.49 w/ Asterisk 13.7.0
  2. FreePBX 13.0.120 w/ Asterisk 13.9.1

We have Polycom VVX phones on each system. The newer system, 2, shows the SIP URI below the CID on each incoming call (internal and external calls), while phones on the older, 1, server just show CID, like we like it.

Any idea how we can turn this off on the newer server?

I think there’s a Polycom settings that enables or disables that feature. Check the Polycom Admin Guide.

We resolved this.

Add this to the config (export “all” file from web gui, add line below, save it, and import it)

feature.urlDialing.enabled=“0”
