Sip trunks not registering

Hello, apologies if this has already been covered
I have 2 sip trunks (Sipgate UK, Telnyx US) and they wont register. If i reboot the system they register for around 2 minutes until they go offline. It may be a router issue but this has only started happening in around the last week.

Router/firewall make/model? Any VoIP-related settings? Does it have your public IP address on its WAN interface? If not, please explain.

I have a TPLink AX1800, I haven’t seen any voip setting in it. It does have its public ip address on its WAN. I will try looking at sngrep to see whats happening.
