Where do I find these on a freepbx machine?
You should be able to pull those from the /var/log/asterisk/full log. If you turn on the appropriate DEBUG statements in the Asterisk CLI, you get SIP DEBUG just their server (by using the IP address options) and give them what they’re looking for.
