SIP Softphone Frequent Unregistered

Not sure why, some of my users frequently get unregistered from my server. I have tried LinPhone & MicroSIP. These users are connecting via mobile hotspot & Wifi. I’m unable to identify the reason.

How should I go about to identify the root cause?
