Sorry to my bad english.
I installed on Centos Server asterisk and freepbx and apparently it's working, I create sip accounts but can't connect.
On CLI console does not have SIP function

You didn’t ask a question.
Check your Asterisk log and see what errors you are getting /var/log/asterisk/full
Look for when Asterisk starts and it loads chan_sip.so
