SIP destination for setup a sangoma IP phone remotely

Hi,
I don’t understand well sip
but I tried to setup an IP phone remotely with built-in openvpn freepbx server.

I got a few questions:

1 In the template of this remote phone extension what should be the :

  • Endpoint Manager / Template name / General / SIP destination address
    • Internal
    • External IP PUBLIC ROUTER FREEPBX

2 if it’s external do I 've to add port forwarding route for ports 5060-5064?

If you are using Sangoma phones, then you should be able to set up a ticket with them.
