I’m facing a singular problem: I have defined 21 extensions but only 3 get online at the same time. Is there a “online extension limit” on default FreePBX Distro installation?

No, your problem is elsewhere but without further information . . .
All extensions but two are FTTH/GPON ONUs with FXS interfaces, installed on every house on a Village… I only could bring one ONU’s online. To bring another, I have to set offline the first one… Odd, no? My fisrt thought was a SIP connection limit…
