We have a hosted FreePBX in the cloud and for one of our remote employees who have an IP phone at their house is experiencing an issue where they can make outgoing calls but cannot receive incoming calls. The phone will ring as per usual on both sides, but when they try to answer the call it hangs up and goes to a busy signal.
Has anyone else experienced this or a similar problem?
