Silent calls - Calls are dialed and picked up, but no voice

Hello community,
since a few days, my FreePBX connects “silent calls”.
The problem can be “fixed” by switching the trunk off and on.

For a few hours or minutes, every works correctly, again. The the silent calls reappear.
The FreePBX is the most recent version. v17.0.19.24 Asterix 21.6.0
I’ve installed it beginning of Jan, 25. There was no configuration change a week ago.

Below is the syslog of a “silent call” from extension 100 to my mobile.

I would appreciate any hints for a solution or special logs I should look into.
Any loglevel to rise?

Thanks a lot
Martin

Not sure why I misread the log. This comment was invalid.

Thanks fot your hint.

How do you know?
And: If there was no outbound route, the mobile phone should not ring at all. But it rings and one can pick up.

There certainly is. This call made it out the trunk.

I did a few more tests:
I’ve switched to our spare hardware and upgraded the debian os. Staying with asterisk 21.
→ After 15 hours the “silent call”-problem reappeared.

After that I’ve switched back to the main hardware and upgraded asterisk to v22.
→ no problems yet.
It’s saturday today and business starts on monday, again. So let’s see what will happen.
