Silence for 10-12 second on inbound

When I call into my system it takes 10 to 12 seconds for the recording to start. During that 10 - 12 seconds is silence. In the “old” trixbox days, there was a setting to allow “ringing” before the recording starts. Is there such a setting in FreePBX and, if so, where would I find it?
