Setup Phones on FreePBX in the Netherlands

Is there anyone here who lives in the Netherlands and who is familiar with FreePBX? Who can advise me with a sip and trunk provider in the Netherlands? and possibly install this for a fee, I now have 2 Yealink devices, the S46 and the sip t 57w (touchscreen) I can’t get the lines on the devices active in any way. I have on this moment Sip and Trunk from Cheapconnect but it seems they do not support (auto) Provision

Phone provisioning is not provided by the trunk provider. You have to provide it as the service provider. Do you have have a provisioning server and access to the Redirection service of your phone manufacturer. Otherwise you could manually configure this phone over remote support software. Working with the end user, I have used Rustdesk in the past to remotely access the phone and manually set it up. Let me know if this is something you would be interested in. I am not in the Netherlands so cannot physically provision them.

Alternatively, Sangoma has a commercial module, Endpoint Manager that could also be helpful. I haven’t ever used it so cannot talk too much about it.

Best regards

I tried to install the free version from ossepm16.tgz i got no errors from terminal (Macs version of Putty) but when i look under settings there is no Endpoint Manager. Does someone kwew of another package or other site to download?

That version is very old and no longer works. Is there any reason you don’t want to manually provision them? Pull up the phone’s web UI and configure it. Unless you are (or will be) setting up a large number of phones regularly, this is the route I would follow. Since this is the Jobs category, reach out if you need paid support for that.

How many phones are we talking about here?

Just one, and i used the embedded browser, and there is no error when doing provision but there is no network! i used cheapconnect as provider, but what i do, only phone, no network, phone with Freepbx… no network!

Interesting case.. where you are hosting your FreePBX ? in the same LAN / VLAN?
Also, i think you FreePBX doesn’t have Full internet access ?

Same lan, Phone 192.168.8.54 Freepbx 192.168.8.146 router 192.168.8.1 but with no network i ment no service on the screen of the Yealink 57w

Connecting Yealink T57W phone to a WiFi network

  1. On your phone’s main screen, tap Menu > Basic

  2. Scroll down and tap WiFi

  3. Tap the On button. The phone will start scanning for WiFi signals.

Click the On button

  1. Select your WiFi network from the list of
    Available Networks

  2. Select your WiFi network and enter your password on the popup keyboard. Tap
    Return when you’re done.

Your phone will take a few seconds to connect to your WiFi network.

Which version FreePBX you are running ATM?

Yes but wifi does not solve no service. The only thing that change is that right the red ! there is the wifi signal. But wifi does nothing more than UTP. I have 10Gbit 24 switch managed, that should nothing less than wifi.

Sorry ? Where is no Service? Exclamation mark should be your Phone GUI Admin password.

Hi @bonestaak

I have not get info for my question.

17.0.19.26,
Sorry we have problems on the street with network, so now i am on the internet with my mobile, so much less online.

So do you have a Paid EPM ? or using free EPM for now?

Paid EPM

so, then you shouldn’t be have any problem for deployment your phones?
I wondered some Yelink phones has locked Firmware such as MS Teams.. ( because i had once ) have you checked your Phones Firmwares and compre with FreePBX EMP firmware manager?

Their issue is that they do not get inbound calls. Yealink endpoint is registered. Firewall and port forwarding seem to be correct.
