Setup / Checklist for Sangoma Connect and Sangoma Talk

Hey there, i had this working with no issues, but i had to reissue the license for it, and now i cannot get any external calls to work. Codec issue? firewall issue?

So I’m trying to locate a checklist that i can go through to ensure i have all the areas covered, before i venture to the paid support .

Any assistance in direction is appreciated.
