Setting up calling rules

Hello, please I need assistance to configure my PBXACT(Lasted version) with precise rules.

Let me explain.

I have a list of extensions from 900 to 954.

Extension 954 is for the receptionist,
extension 900 is for the General Manager
Extension 944 is the assistant to the general manager.

Here’s the scenario I’d like to set up:

All local calls, outside extensions 901, 910, when calling the General Manager(900), be redirected to the General Manager’s assistant(944), the General Manager’s assistant puts the call on hold(by pressing a key for example) and initiates the call to the General Manager to confirm the call, if the manager responds favorably, the assistant redirects the call(perhaps by pressing a key) to the General Manager in order to connect the local caller and the General Manager.
On the other hand, extensions between 901 and 910 can call the General Manager directly.

How can i do it precisely, please

This is an attended transfer in asterisk; you’ll need to look how to implement this on your specific phone type.
