Setting up call tracking and lead routing with FreePBX

I’ve been configuring FreePBX to track inbound calls and route them based on ad source data. By integrating it with a CRM, each call gets tagged with its campaign ID, which helps analyze conversions and automate follow-ups. The setup uses simple call routing rules and custom fields. Has anyone else built something similar for lead management or marketing analytics?

Hi @embertmorton200 CDR Pro has a feature that allows you to track calls from specific DIDs. I find this helpful with our marketing campaigns. I can use a unique DID on each marketing piece and then see just how many inbound calls have been made to that number while tracking where they end up.
