Setting up a Ring Group

Hello, I have been trying for days to configure a Ring Group, all the information I could find on it made it sound so simple. I Finally found out what my issue is, though. The menu option for Ring Groups is missing. I am currently using PBX in a flash.

Any idea why this menu is missing? How can I get the Menu option to show? How can I configure a Ring group without it?

Do you have the ring group module installed?

If you don’t know how to check: click on “module admin” and you should be able to figure it out from there.

If it’s installed and you don’t have the option, there’s certainly something wrong.
