Setting a schedule on the AutoAttendant

Hello,

Our IVR has 3 entries. We want one of these entries to ring one extension between 9 AM and 3 PM, and another extension at all other times.

What would be the easiest way to achieve this?

My version info is below.
PBX Firmware:6.12.65-32
PBX Service Pack:1.0.0.0

Have the IVR entry go to a Time Condition that branches the call to one of two different destinations based on the time. Alternatively, you can put the Time Condition ahead of the IVR and have two different IVRs with different greeting and different options.

Thanks, I didn’t realize you could put a Time Condition directly on the IVR entry. That seemed to do the trick.
