Is there a means for a user to set a conference PIN via the handset or something? We have some end users that are using Zulu and never log into UCP or the GUI for anything, but would like to have a conference PIN that can be updated/changed.
It sounds doable from custom dial plan, restricting access based on caller ID number in a “from-internal-*” type context. You’d need to examine where the current PIN is coming from though. If internal Asterisk DB, then custom dial plan is more feasible, vs. separate database access external to the Asterisk process.
