We are on FreePBX 126.96.36.199. The Set CID menu, we have a queue in which we placed our mainline at the CallerID Number. However, when a CS rep gets a call that is in call waiting, the number that appears in their caller id is not our mainline but the customer’s telephone number. Are there any other settings for call waiting that we would need change? Any other feedback? Thanks in advance.
