"Send Security Emails For Unsigned Modules" query from CLI

I am trying to audit the “Send Security Emails For Unsigned Modules” setting in FreePBX 17 using a CLI script. I found online that I should be able to run the

fwconsole setting SIGNATURECHECK

query and it should reflect what the “Send Security Emails For Unsigned Modules” GUI setting is, however PBXes that return

fwconsole setting SIGNATURECHECK
Setting of “SIGNATURECHECK” is (bool)[true]

have the GUI setting either enabled or disabled in the GUI. Which is correct? The GUI, or the CLI query? Or do I have the CLI query incorrect?

Edit: Both PBXes are running framework 17.0.21
