Second Call - Quality Drops

Hi All,

We’ve setup 2 phones a Grandstream WP822 and a Yealink T33G. When both phones are on a call the quality drops and it is nearly impossible to understand what the person is saying.

I noticed that it was using the G722 codec which is strange as all of our other phones pretty much always use G711a.

Would this be codec issue or am I looking in the wrong place?

If the number of calls makes a quality difference, something is being overloaded, most likely the network, unless you have an under-resourced virtual machine.

The virtual machine is not under-resourced, it still could be a network issue which I’m still looking into.
