Exporting is useful if you only have a few recordings—in my case, thousands per day. The other problem is that once you stop paying, you can’t even access previous recordings because the module is disabled, and as you’ve noticed, the recordings are in encrypted text files. I ultimately integrated the recordings into my project, also adding an AI layer for analyzing Business Intelligence KPIs.
