Scribe Tags not working

Hello, I started playing around with Scribe and I can’t seem to get the Tags working. As you can see below, I set up the tag with 4 words to keep things simple. I left myself a message stating only those 4 words so it’s well beyond the 5% threshold right?

Yet I’m not getting the email, and it looks like from the dashboard, its not even tagging the voicemail as it should.

Am I doing something wrong??

PBX Version:15.0.38
PBX Distro:12.7.8-2306-1.sng7
Asterisk Version:16.30.0

FreePBX 15 is EOL so any bugs there may be permanent – are you able to upgrade to 17 this weekend ? See :spiral_calendar: Courtesy Reminder that FreePBX v15 is EOL Starting 1 October 2025

I tried it on another one of my version 17s. Worked fine. Assuming 15 is the issue.
