We have more than 30 FreePBX servers, have installed Scribe on many of them….just realized that if the module runs out of time, license, whatever, ALL EMAILS STOP GOING OUT……THIS IS TOTALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!

Did you ever get a resolution to this ticket? Since Scribe added to our system we’ve received several tickets about users not getting all their email voicemails, very sporadic. It’s not just users we’ve enabled to receive AI and transcription it’s all users. I’m guessing all voicemail has to go through Scribe and it checks who’s licensed or not then continues on. My suspicion is an AI timeout of the service causing email to fail, but FreePBX still deleting the voicemail.
