Scribe Audio File Language

I have 3 FreePBX, one is working with french, the other two are not transcribing in french, it always try to transcribe in english.

I tried to summit a case, but it gave me an error :

Are you sure generated recording files are french audios and Language setting in Scribe set to french.

Hi, yes language setting in scribe is set to french.

And inbound route language is set to french too.

The people that are calling speak french, is there a language settings for recording files too?

Please make sure preferred audio file language is set to French under User Management → User or Group level,

If you set the User/Group level to English and choose French in the Scribe dashboard, the dashboard setting will be ignored, as the Userman setting takes precedence.

But yeah, Scribe is set to french, user are set to french, group are set to french.

Still try to transcribe in english for 2 of my pbx
