I have 3 FreePBX, one is working with french, the other two are not transcribing in french, it always try to transcribe in english.
I tried to summit a case, but it gave me an error :

If you set the User/Group level to English and choose French in the Scribe dashboard, the dashboard setting will be ignored, as the Userman setting takes precedence.
