Screen pop issues with both zulu and Sangoma Phone Windows Desktop Client

I managed to get this to work with zulu, but i am having one issue under zulu. I’m in north america, it’s prepending “1” to the screen pop search which is breaking zoho, any way i can filter that out? So it looks up XXX-XXX-XXXX instead of 1-XXX-XXX-XXXX

Ideally i’d like to use the Sangona Phone client since i understand zulu is basically EoL, but i’ve had even less success with this.

I can’t get screen pop working with Sangoma Phone Desktop Client in windows at all. It just doesn’t open the browser window at all.
