SangomaTalk error fetching messages

We are coming across for sangomaconnect error such as:
2025-05-23 12:21 -04:00: Error in API request (/mobile/sms/fetch) null Error code400 {“status”:false}
The user sees “Cannot retrieve messages” on their mobile app.
We restarted the SangomaConnect, reloaded asterisk but still the same. How do we fix that without interrupt of the production server?

I should of say that the only way to fix that we found so far is by recreating the SangomaTalk mobile user and re-send invitation email to login again.
