I have an issue with SangomaConnect, refreshing information. Its the desktop app and it wont show me my voicemails. It says there are no messgaes, yet there are. I have tried updates, rebooting the PBX, restarting SangomaConnect, everything I can try on my side. Both Module and soft phone is fully up to date.

I wonder if we are having the same issue. When I delete all greetings, i.e. “thank you for calling, please leave a message and I’ll get back to you…” and I reload the desktop app, messages appear again. When I record the greeting, they disappear.

I’m sorry to say I don’t have a solution, but it’s been affecting several of my users.

I have changed folder permissions, file permissions, but erasing the greeting is as far as I have gotten. I also started a thread and a ticket…
