SangomaConnect license renewal debacle AGAIN

Once again we have a damn mess with a SangomaConnect license renewal. Paid, worked, then stopped working.

Notified rep on Friday and again today. No response.

Opened case and called in. Transferred to “customer success”. No answer, dumped in a voicemail box.

Called back. Support tried to transfer me again. Nope. They do no know how to fix and can’t get any other humans to help.

Can someone please FIX this? They’ve been down since Friday morning.

HI @FreerPBXer issue is resolved for the time being. I updated the date again. I suspect that there’s something specific about this dep since we’ve had a few issues with this one. That said, it has also been escalated to engineering to see why this one is a struggle.

It’s not the deployment. I’ve posted literally dozens of times about years-long issues with the Zulu/Softphones license renewal problems, across every deployment we support. That system doesn’t work right and it doesn’t work right in a variety of ways.

These reports are consistently dismissed as one-offs, admin-caused, anything except code issues.

This messenger is shot.

And I’ve dealt with you personally and fixed each one. Looking at our past interactions - many were related to new users being added where renewals are required. This isn’t the case here. Happy to show you what I’m talking about offline, it has to be related to the license here…
