Sangoma within a private IP network

We have our Sangoma PBX setup, however, our system is behind a private firewall provided by the service provider. What should our External network settings be within Global Settings.

Also we are not using SIPStation at all.

If you are not going to connect your pbx to the exterior whatsoever, you don’t need to modify that.
