I have two UC-20 Sangoma running FreePBX 17 with Asterisk 23. This was after upgrading from FreePBX 13 and Asterisk 15. The previous system was doing the same thing.
Symptoms:
When calling, the call will time out intermittently as if the UC-20 is too busy to respond.
Phones will lose registration.
Eventually the system will no longer connect via web or SSH. I have to reboot the server for it to start responding again.
The only thing that is different from my other installs is that it’s connected behind an Araknis AN-310-RT-4L2W, Firmware: 1.5.16
I normally use Ubiquiti Dream Machine Pro. I have the appropriate port forwards set up and when the system is rebooted, everything works fine.
Any suggestions?
