I’m trying to log in with my user account on the Sangoma training page (Sangoma Portal) to further my education, but I’m encountering this error (Exception - authenticateUser received unexpected Exception) and it’s preventing me from accessing the site.
Is SangomaUniversity still operational? Where else can I take FreePBX courses to improve my knowledge?

While this is a fair answer and I am personally a huge fan and friend of Chris hopefully someone can answer the original question like @mwhite or @penguinpbx
Thanks @jfinstrom for the loop in. And thanks @Gaseoso and @sbaxley33 for letting us know about this issue. I am able to login at https://training.sangoma.com using my employee account and can confirm my courses are there. You may want to open a private ticket with Sangoma support to get your account/password reset as that function is not linked directly with the public forums.
@penguinpbx I’ve just created account there and I get the same error. It’s not from “password reset”. You can login, see the courses, but when you click on any of them to start the course it’s asking you to login again and then this error pops up.
