Sangoma Talk voicemail other extension

sangoma connect app, is it possible to check a mailbox (visual voicemail) other than that of the registered user?

in my case the voicemail involved is extension 200. while from the sangoma app the registered extension is 230

from the menu user management, edit user, phone app, voicemail, I added extension 200 in Additional Voicemail Boxes

but this doesn’t work
