Sangoma Talk Outbound SMS not working

I have a system set up with VoIP innovations and have inbound sms working. Whenever i try to send a text though i get and error. I have tried with android and iPhone. I downloaded the sip log from the iPhone but can’t see any glaring Errors.

Currently on

  • SangomaConnect 16.0.44.30
  • VoIPInnovations 16.0.29

Any ideas on where to look or what to look for?

I have the same issue. I looked at a PCAP and was unable to find any evidence of the system even sending the SMS. I hope someone has some idea of what will fix this.

Check the status of services and open a ticket with the vendor (Sangoma), if necessary.
