I am trying to get Sangoma Talk set up now that we have desk phone working. The issue is that although calls can be made and connect to the receiver, the following things have been noted:
- The caller hears no ringtone. It just connects once the receiving end picks up.
- There is no audio on either end of the call. When one side disconnects the other side receives this signal and ends as well.
- Incoming calls ring as expected but still no audio on either end.
- When accessing visual VM it will give the option to play it but will never actually load the message or play.
I have confirmed the correct ports are open on the external firewall. I have also confirmed the correct networks are whitelisted on both the network and PBXact firewalls. The server is behind NAT but desk phones are working without issue, it is just the Sangoma Talk. I have alse set ICE settings in PBXact.
