In the Sangoma Talk iOS app, Visual Voicemail says “Data Not Found” for all users. Visual Voicemail works perfectly in the Sangoma Connect Desktop Client, and the iOS Talk app users are able to use the rest of the app perfectly. We’ve double-verified our firewall configurations, restarted the PBX, and redeployed the Talk app configuration for everybody (reset their applications and sent new invites). That didn’t help, either. Voicemail is enabled under PhoneApps in User Manager, but that’s not helping either.
I’ve already done the routine searches of the community, Reddit, and our Google overlords, but to no avail.
Does anyone have any ideas? Our employees are really pushing for us to get this fixed. TIA.
